Robert Gardner.
Tax, Estate Planning, and Business Law
Robert has extensive experience in trusts and estates, probate, estate administration, trust and estate litigation, business succession planning, business organizations, tax controversies, taxation and corporate law. He represents fiduciaries in trust, estate and tax conflicts, and litigation. He counsels fiduciaries on the proper administration of trusts and estates, and on the resolution of conflicts. He also works with business owners on management and disposition/succession agreements for business partners and investors, and with small businesses to plan appropriate entity structure.
Robert was admitted to practice in all Alabama courts in 1993 and the U.S. Tax Court in 1998. Prior to bringing his practice to RMLG, Gardner was a trust and estate attorney at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, and previously practiced at Adams and Reese LLP, and Feld, Hyde, Wertheimer, Bryant & Stone, P.C.

Ginna Gardner.
Estate planning, trusts, probate, business law, and marital agreements.
Ginna practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate administration, business succession planning, corporate law and marital agreements. She counsels fiduciaries on the proper administration of trusts and estates and represents fiduciaries in trust and estate conflicts, specializing in non-litigation solutions. Her estate planning practice focus is on assisting clients with their wealth management and navigating special planning for families given the unique circumstances of each, including sophisticated will and trust drafting, estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning, insurance and employee benefit planning, and utilizing various wealth transfer techniques.
Ginna was admitted to practice in all Alabama courts in 1988, and all California courts in 1989. Prior to Gardner Law LLC, she was a trust advisor and attorney at Regions Private Wealth Management and previously practiced at Ross, Sack and Glazier in Los Angeles, CA and at Bradley in Huntsville, AL. Ginna received a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama School of Business in 1985 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1988.
